This is probably the most vague or ambiguous question I've ever seen. I suspect it's an incredibly bad or poorly disguised homework question. If you'd really like help with this, then make it better.

I am making out the problem to be in context of discrete optimization... using brute force to avoid the problem in best possible way... let's do it...
