Default Help on Linear Support Vector Machine implementation

I want to implement the SVM algorithm on a dataset using java but don't have any idea how to, so I would like to know what will be the very first step to do?

Please read the announcements post at the top of every subforum. Your other thread has been locked as a duplicate.

Implementing an SVM is not trivial. If you simply need an implementation to analyze a dataset, take a look at Weka, which I believe provides an SVM implementation.
