Your question is very general, and I think the best any of us can do is to suggest that you Google an Android tutorial and learn how to create Android applications from the tutorial. You also might want to search out a mentor at your home locale to perhaps help walk you through the process. My experience with online forums though is that we're much better off answering very specific and informative questions. So if you get stuck at a specific step and with a particular bit of code, come on back, show your code, ask your question, and you'll likely get decent helpful help.
