I don't know that it's the next step, because I don't understand the goal, but you should be familiar with "Effective Java," by Joshua Bloch, a member of the team (the principle author?) of Java.
What do you mean by "Professional in Java", anyway?

I mean to can write a complicated programs , and to know most of the java features and abilities.
Write code. Write lots of code. Start a project, or join/contribute to any number of open source projects.
