An expert in most things Java after only 5 years? You must be a fast learner! How did you learn Swing, Java EE, database programming, JSP, Android, JavaME, building, deployment, and support so fast? :p
The most obvious way to make money is by getting a job. Not sure where you're located, but where I'm from that usually requires going to college. You might be able to get around that if you can show off the skills you've got.
You could also try freelancing, but again, that's going to involve showing off your skills first. Do you have a portfolio? What open source projects have you contribute to?
The other way is be releasing a project and either charging for it, including advertisements in it, or charging for service (bug support and feature requests). That's probably the hardest path, and again, it requires previous experience on smaller and open source projects.
