    Unhappy Help me!

    I have a hard time at university during online lessons and can't do homework if I don't do this one, maybe I failed, I decided to begin learning hard, but don't have time to learn material according to I can solve the following problem, the deadline is tomorrow, I am afraid, can anyone help me and write this code? It has 15 points to achieve(very important points for my GPA, I don't know how it happened, I am gold medalist from school and I have 100% of a state grant, it was an absolutely new world for me, now I got used with magnificent programming Java)here is the description:
