Out of Memory : Heap size

We are using Integration for our Veeva application . Getting the following error in while running run.bat file . Even after increasing the heap size , we are getting the same error . How to solve this issue . Attachment added for the error .

What was the command line when the java program was executed? It should show the option used to specify size.
Does the company that supports Veeva have a support desk? What did they recommend?
