I believe the Mods can do that or can ask an Admin to do it if they can't. Please PM the Mod or Admin of your choice with your request. Include the new name you'd like and a very short reason for the change request. As a general rule, changing a username is not expected to be a common occurrence like every time the girlfriend, boyfriend or favorite game/cartoon/fantasy character changes. I believe it can be done once for a legitimate reason like a typo, a desire to create a consistent Web identity, etc.
