    Default local NTP server

    May I know how to create local ntp server at pc side in order to let other local clients communicate with each others?

    You want to write an NTP (Network Time Protocol) service in Java?

    Otherwise:
    local ntp server - Google Search
    NTP Local Server Configuration

    If you're not using Linux, I expect the config file changes should still be the same, you'll just have to look in a different place to find the configs.
