    Default how to convert applet to a JPanel or JFrame

    can someone please help me with this program its in the applet i need to convert it to a JFrame or JPanel in order to convert it to an exe file

    Yikes. That is WAY too much code. If your question is about "converting" an Applet (why not JApplet?) or JPanel to a JFrame, then you should post an SSCCE that demonstrates the bare minimum- a basic program that displays "hello world", for example. Don't forget to use the highlight tags.

    What have you tried? What worked, what didn't work? How didn't it work?

    To convert from an applet to an application, you need to understand how applets work and how applications work. Applets have methods that are called by a browser.
    In an application, you will have to call those methods in your code.
    Applications start execution at the main method.
    The GUI should not require much change. The Applet class extends the Panel class. You can try having your code extend the JPanel class and have the main do the functions done by the browser: Create a frame and add the JPanel to the frame.
