how write this for java code ?
I did not got your question. Can you please elaborate ?
The Timer class could be useful for scheduling code to execute after a delay. The code could test if the event has happened and react as desired.

i want make program restart. If program dont get any signal for 60min. try to restart.
Or if that is difficult to do. That how to make auto restart = 60min
Can you explain what you mean by restart? If all the code is in a loop, would restart send execution to the beginning of the loop?
Using a Timer that calls a method of yours after a fixed time (60min), the called method could test if the event (received signal) has occurred and if it hasn't happened the method could cause the execution of the code to go to the restart point.
