I think he's asking if there's a Java statement similar to the GOTO statement in BASIC.
Gugubo, if that is your question, the answer is "No." The functionality you describe was handy for one programmer who could remember the reason for using the GOTO "crutch," but liberal use of GOTOs make a program confusing and unmaintainable by anyone else.
Java does have a "continue to label" that you can find explained at that link.
