Default using a stepListener from an the eventlistener class

hello, i am looking to generate a sequence of dynamicbodies so that they appear at the top of my run screen and fall downwards

i want to be able to say how many appear in 10 seconds and when to stop the falling.

i have a class for the body that is an enemy in a game

i need to use the stepListener.

Start by making a detailed design for the program. List all the details the code needs to do. When you have a design, try coding it.

If you have problems, ask some specific questions about them.
If you don't understand my answer, don't ignore it, ask a question.

Please, also clarify the context. Is it related to AWT/Swing GUI? Or other GUI/graphics/game framework? What is stepListener? (it is surely not from AWT/Swing).
