Question: How can I add an Item to a combobox when I click a button?
Assuming you are referring to Swing (details matter on technical forum - unless you wish people to assume like this) - add an action listener to the JButton, within which you add the item to the JComboBox.

Yeah sorry i am referring to Swing. I tried to do that but it won't. Could you provide a small bit of code please.
--- Update ---
Sorry just figured it out but I have another question. How do I add another item to a combobox by using a JTextField to type the name for example Renault and when I hit the button the combobox should have renault in it.
