Why would one initialize an array like:
int arr[] = new int[] {1,2,3,4};
Instead of:
int arr[] = {1,2,3,4};

Why would one initialize an array like:
int arr[] = new int[] {1,2,3,4};
Instead of:
int arr[] = {1,2,3,4};
