    Default JAVA BROWSER SUPPORT

    Hello everyone. I am glad to be in this forum. I am very new to java programming and hoping to learn from here. I installed netbeans ide, started learning.
    My objective is
    But i came by a thread that java applications arent supported by browser.
    My objective is to develop front end with javascript and develop serverside with JAVA JSP.
    But idont know if my product wont work properly on the browsers. Or am i wrong beacuse i am very new to web developing?

    java applications arent supported by browser.
    The discontinued java feature is the Java Applet.

    Javascript is not related to java

    so you say web products are being supported? sorry for the stupid quesitons. as i said i am very new. please explain me like i am 8 years old.

    web products are being supported
    I do not know what web products you are asking about. I do not know anything about web products. This forum is for helping students learn the java programming language. Nothing about javascript or html or servers.
    The only java feature that I know that has been discontinued is Java Applet.

    i just know javascrpit is another coding framework. i just olan to develop frontend with javascirpt

    I believe javascript will be ok in a browser.
