Default Craating non active window ,and inputing to the non active window.

I'm trying to create "software keybord" in java.

So I want to know two things.

1.The name of the class which make the window non active.
2.The way the non active window receives input of button click.

    Somebody ,please tell me.

(I'm not good at English,so please reply with easy words and short sentenses.)
