I use Free Web Hosting Area - PHP 5.3, MySQL 5.5, FTP, Autoinstaller since I'm not interested in paying for a host.
They don't put ads on your site (unless your site is huge) and they are one of the few free hosts that are friendly to Java. Their account manager is a bit of a pain in the ass to navigate, but I find that to be an acceptable inconvenience given everything else.

I use Amazon Elastic Beanstalk. Might be worth checking out. It's pretty easy to go from a webapp running in tomcat to a webapp running on AEB.

Please use //code goes here... tags when posting your code
Prices are going to be different for everybody. I have two different webapps running, and last month I think my total was just under 20 bucks?

Okay, thank you for your messages.
Do you have ever heard of webfaction.com?
Does this host is good?
Did you try jelastic. So far they are the best. Google app engine is good, but it's so restrictive.
