Mobile Database
I have been asked to develop a java mobile banking database using servlets/JSP ,XML and CSS .Actually i am a beginner in java and i am unable to understand what i have been asked and how to do it .First of all i have to submit a proposal on this project. Can anyone help me understanding the problem and describing the steps and tools .
