    Default I am a new Java learner

    I am currently writing a java program that can read and convert a stream of midi values to integer, but I am currently facing a chalenge with the hexadecimal values that appear with these values. Please can u tell me how to go about it

    Note to OP:
    All values in a computer are binary. They can be viewed in many different formats: binary, hexadecimal, decimal, char.

    The same byte of data can be viewed in any of these formats.
