    Dear Miss. Farah,
    My name is Syed Danish Mashadi, BS(CS) but Intermediate in Java development. I running my Group of Companies, but with different professional fields (Travel Services(GDS Systems directly connected to the Airlines all over the world), Online Property Advisory (via own developed website, & Call Centers). But my programming skills are not being sharped.
    Now with your kind suggestions and value added guidelines, I just want to refresh, sharp and take up to peak my Java Programming Skills.
    Kindly suggest following & more you think best:
    1. What must be my 1st step in this situation, to rapidly achieve my above & bright goal?
    2. What are the maximized boost free resources (videos, books, links) that you suggest for me?
    3. What do you recommend, that how much and in which way I must practice daily to achieve quickly?
    4. Kindly suggest more as you think is the 1st aid.
