Default I'm impressed with this Forum.Yes I'm new here, and hope to get some guidelines and help.

    Greetings to all.

Not sure what is the point of this introduction, but i hope people read and reply to them.

My native language is russian thou for the past 12 years i have been using english for school and work.

decided to go back to school to get a 2-nd bachelor in MIS since 35% of my work relies on IT projects.

at school i'm taking Java programming for beginners, i cant say it is a hard language but i just dont get it

on every class assignment i spent too much time on reading, watching youtube videos and still do not get some points.
our professor at school just reads powerpoints and basically that's it.

if someone could navigate me to the right section where to post questions it would be greatly appreciated.
the project i need help on covers 3 topics: arrays, creating instances, and executing methods.

    thanks in advance

    yk

Welcome! Glad you're here. If you haven't already, please read this topic to learn how to post code correctly and other useful tips for newcomers.

As for posting in the correct sub-forums, just do your best. The "Ask a Question" button defaults to the "What's Wrong My Code" area, and it'll take some time to overcome that and remember that another area may be more appropriate, but the mods will move posts around as needed.
