    Default Introduction for Edward

    Hello everyone,
My name is Edward and I am very interested in learning Java. How it all started: Well, many moons ago I attended community college to get into programming. I went for one semester and then I joined the military. I left all of that behind. Now that I am older and just about finished with my degree, I would like to return to programming. I am attending the University of Phoenix working on my BS in IT Multimedia/Visual Communication. I have completed my one and only java course for my degree program, but am looking to get another degree in possibly Computer Science. Anyways, I took the book we used for class and am completing every single assignment in the book. I found that during the class, we barely scratched the surface of what the book teaches. The book is "Starting out with Java, 4th Edition". So my goal is to finish the entire book. Once completed, I'll be looking for the next step. So, that is why I am here. I'm not currently in a Java class, so I am looking for a place to get assistance during my quest. Thanks in advance for those willing to take the time to decipher my stuff and provide feedback or guidance.

    Edward
