You might also want to post a general announcement in the "Paid Java Projects" sub-forum. A new post there will get more attention. If you were to create new threads there often, I might tend to view those as SPAM. However, I would view updates to that thread to describe the kind of talent you were currently looking for as a valuable service to this Forum.
Good luck!
Thank you Greg. I posted a thread in that sub-forum and am awaiting Moderator approval.
I appreciate the advise and will update it as new roles open up. Do you have any insight on other forums/boards that I might be able to reach additional Java candidates?
Not my business, but Google is your friend.
lol. Thanks
Who should I contact about having the thread approved that I posted in the "Paid Java Projects" sub-forum?
I'll look into it, because I don't know. I'll let you know when I find out.
Edit: I think I took care of it, just don't tell those other people who've been waiting forever to get their posts approved. Now everybody will want one.
