Homework for a Java Class. HELP!!
I'm having some issue with my current homework. My teacher isn't really that great at teaching so I basically teach myself. I'm stuck on this homework that is due in a couple of hours. I have no idea how this forum works. I just need detailed explanation on how to do the homework itself. I'm not asking anyone to do the homework for me. I just really want to learn how to do it. We barely learned about adding the external file. Thanks for anyone who does help me.
