Using methods from one java program in another
In my main program I need to call one of 12 methods. I want to put these methods in another program, and then call the selected method as required. I can't work out how to do this from descriptions of packages and imports available on the Web. Could someone help please with a simple example? Thanks

To call a method in a class, you need to have a reference to an instance of that class.
refToClassObject.theMethodToCall()
