    Default A big hello! I need to know where you Java Experts look for your next job!

    I am a Recruiter who specialises in the Java/J2EE Technology stack and I am desperately looking for very strong Software Engineers who would like the chance to break into the investment banking sector. The roles are in London and pay anywhere up to £75,000 depending on experience.

    These are very strong, live requirements but I am really struggling to find good people. I wanted to know where you java experts look when you want a new job?

    Do you use the job boards like Jobserve, Jobsite, Monster etc or are there any other mediums you use? Newspapers, Magazines etc? Do you look at the Metro for example.

    I would really appreciate any insight as to where you guys look, anything would help.

    Yes I have used job boards when looking for work and I tend to use Jobserve the most. I have worked for this company in the past so have a degree of loyalty to them.

    I am possibly looking to change job at the moment so feel free to PM me with this job spec.
