    Default Background Workjer

    Hi Guys,

    I want to know how i can use this

    BackgroundWorker

    i use the commands quoted on that site but they dont seem to be recognized.

    when i try to import:
    java.lang.Object
    extended by org.jdesktop.beans.AbstractBean
    extended by org.jdesktop.swingx.BackgroundWorker

    netbeans doesnt seem to recognized the imports.

    Im a little new, can someone explain to me how i can get this working so i can use the backgroundworker in my java program..

    please help

    You most likely do not have the package that contains that class on your classpath. This class seems like it extends off of SwingWorker, which is part of java v6, so you may want to look into using that class as an alternative.
