Default Who is in charge here?

Does anyone know who is the admin or who is the owner?
I thought this forum had gone belly up some years ago.

Anyone know what happened to resurrect it?

Aside from that ,is this a good website?

    I don't even know java

I thought I made it clear why I was asking who was in charge here.

We have been trying to contact the owner of our site ,thescienceforum.com for the past 10 years or so to fix some of the problems we have there(no Like button ,no posting notifications etc)

Since the owner of our website is the same as the owner of your website,I am asking whether you are able to either contact him on our behalf or help us to get in contact with him directly)

You suggested that I use the Contact button on this page.

I did that 4 days ago but got no response

    Have you any suggestions?
