new features in bug tracking tools
Hi, I am currently doing a survey for a class project, and would really appreciate it if any of you could bounce some ideas to me about new features that would be desirable in bug tracking tools (both from the programmer's and client's/user's perspective)! I will be implementing it using JSP and JAVA.
