Java Calculation Incorrect
Why is:
Producing 1205.4430369636836public class Main { public static void main(String[] args) { double answer = 107 * ((1.00 + (10.00 + 0) / 79.00)) * 10.00; System.out.println(answer); } }

Because it is the correct answer. Remember brackets have greater precedence over multiply and divide.

10.00 / 79.00 = 0.13
0.13 + 1.00 = 1.13
1.13 * 10.00 = 11.3
But it isn't, at least according to me. Can you explain?

For starters you are introducing a rounding error. 10.0 / 79.0 = 0.12658..... not 0.13. Secondly what about the 107?
