Code to read a table from different applications
Please i am writing an application that will connect to a database, and three applications will connect to a table i need a code that will make the three applications read from d same table through a network and if application one has read a row application two should go to the next row and application three.
App1 should not read what app2 has read and app3 should not read what app2 and app1 has read.
Please i need it and will really appreciate it
