Please post directly the parts of the assignment you need help with along with any code you've written. For example,
I don't know how to create a data structure for the people who have been given tickets. This is what I tried:

There's no excuse for no code. More importantly, there's nothing we can do for someone who has written no code and doesn't have specific questions about that code. If you can't write a class and you can't write methods in that class that do appropriate things for that class, then we can't help you. Use the instructor, the TAs, other students, whatever is allowed. Admit to them that you know nothing and need help.
