I want to write java code which can block unbuffered I/O requests send to CD driver is there any one to help
Sorry, the standard Java SE framework has nothing about drivers or particular devices (e.g. CD drive).
There are some possibilities but they are system-dependent: use of JNI (or the JNA library) to invoke some system native functions, or launch from Java any batch/script/executable that is able to do what you want.
And please, eventually clarify what are exactly "unbuffered I/O requests send to CD driver".
