can someone say to me what is wrong with this program
Student grade report.zip
,the output should produce something like this

but when I tested it, the output shows like this
Untitle1d.jpg
Please help
I finally figure it out what is wrong with this .

It's preferred that you post your code, errors, etc., as text directly into a post rather than as attachments, links, or pictures. It's a challenge when trying to get help with GUIs results, but then posting runnable code that demonstrates the problem with an explanation of what should be different is best.
