    Default Java newbie to System Analyst

    Dear all,

    I am not computer graduate but have been learning computer such as Java programming for years.
    I am not satisfied with my programming skills so I've tried to study onsite materials by myself.

    Anyone can introduce good onsite materials such as youtube for learning more about Java programming and other programming languages.

    In order to get promoted to system analyst, anyone can suggest any free onsite courses or materials as I really don't have computer background so that
    I have no clear direction of how to get from analyst programmer to system analyst in short term.

    By the way, what it takes to be a system analyst from a analyst programmer, such as learn "system analysis and design".... etc ???

    Not sure about that as I work as programmer but not system analyst
