hello all of my best, As I have told you the title above the school obligated me to do my final project with NOISE REDUCTION OF PICTURES /OR AUDIO FILE. But I have no idea how to code and reduce the noise from recorded audio or picture files. please help me the way

There are many programming language you can use. I think java can be used too
