What do you have so far.? The Random/Math.random class will help you with getting dice values. And if you are completely lost, take a look at Trail: Getting Started (The Java™ Tutorials)
I like the idea of this game Would be interesting to program.

You don't really expect some stranger on an internet forum to do your homework for you, right? Ask a specific question about where you are stuck and you're almost assured of help. Writing your code for you would not be helping you.
